The best fit for me is usually someone who is:

  • pre-approved but stuck
  • missing out
  • time poor
  • buying FIFO or remotely

1Soft close after coffee/chat

That is pretty much my sweet spot.

The way I look at it is, you have done the hard work getting them finance ready.

My job is to help them turn that approval into an actual purchase.

So if anyone is sitting there approved but stuck, that is where I can help.

Most people do not know until they are in the thick of it.

Usually it helps if you are short on time, missing out, buying from interstate/FIFO, unsure what to offer or just do not want to make an expensive mistake.
